Cedar Garden Room, Knaresborough

Just down the road in Knaresborough, we built a 5m x 3m Canopy design garden room clad in Western Red Cedar, with 3m anthracite aluminium bifold doors that open up the whole front of the room. Fully insulated and plastered, with oak-effect flooring, a wall-mounted heater, ceiling track lighting and a strip of timber decking along the front, it’s a bright, comfortable space our customer uses all year round.

Built for Year-Round Use

A Yorkshire winter is a proper test for any garden building, and a garden room that’s only comfortable in July isn’t much of a room. That’s why every garden room we build in Harrogate is:

• Fully insulated: 100mm of acoustic-rated Rockwool and 25mm Kingspan sheet in the walls and floor, with insulated roofing panels on top.
• Properly finished inside: plasterboarded and plastered, ready for you to decorate.
• Built on site by our own joiners: no flat-packs, and we’re not a franchise.
• Built on solid foundations: foundations, guttering and downpipes are all included as standard.
• Covered by a 10-year structural guarantee.

The result is a space that’s warm in winter, bright in summer and solid enough to use every day, whether you’re working, training, creating or just getting some peace and quiet.

What’s Included as Standard

Our garden rooms start from £13,995, and that’s a finished room, not a shell. Every standard build includes:

• Foundations, insulated roofing, guttering and downpipes
• Full insulation, plasterboard and plaster finish throughout
• Anthracite UPVC doors
• Four double electric sockets
• External up/down lighting and an internal ceiling light
• Laminate flooring
• 0.5m of composite decking
