Next up, we’ll pop over to your place. This bit’s key – we need to suss out your space and what you’re picturing for it. We’ll chew over everything from soil to sockets, making sure we’ve got the full picture. It’s all about dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s, ensuring we tailor everything to fit not just your garden, but your vibe and wallet too.
And yep, we’ll hash out any planning permission stuff here too.
No Obligation Quote
Post-visit, we’ll whip up a clear-cut quote, covering everything we chatted about. No waffle, no hidden nasties – just a straightforward breakdown so you know exactly where you stand. We’re big on respect – for your budget and your decision-making space.
A heads-up: if you’re all in, we’ll need a 25% deposit to lock it in, with the remaining balance due after all work is done.
Crafting Your Space
Here’s where the magic starts. Our Leeds based crew gets cracking on designing a garden room that’s all you. Our garden buildings and lodges are fully customisable, ensuring your space meets your exact needs.
Fancy a zen office or a buzzing social spot? We’re on it. We’ll fine-tune the details together, making sure everything’s spot-on to get it just right.
Build & Install
Design’s done; now we build. Our team will rock up on an agreed date, ready to bring your plans to life. We’re talking minimal mess, maximum pace, and keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
On day one we’ll finalise the exact placement of the garden room, unload the materials and prepare the site foundations; ready to install.
Have any adjustments on the fly? No problem. We’re not happy unless you’re over the moon.
Tidy Up & Complete
Last lap! We clean up all debris and waste materials, ready for you to step in.
This is the big moment – the walkthrough. We’ll go over every inch with you, making sure it’s all up to snuff. Final payment’s due now, but don’t sweat – we’re still on hand to sort any last little tweaks, making sure your garden room is the stuff of dreams.
